01 — Story

One developer, the whole product, start to finish

Wide editorial photo of a minimal home studio desk in low evening light: an external monitor showing a dark analytics dashboard with subtle lime accents, an open laptop, a phone displaying a mobile app, a mechanical keyboard, a small plant and a coffee mug on a matte black surface, lit by soft monitor glow and one warm lamp

I'm a full-stack and AI developer who builds production-ready SaaS products, web apps and mobile apps. Most of my clients are startup founders, SaaS entrepreneurs and agencies who need one person to take an idea from first database schema to live deployment, and stay accountable for every layer in between.

I own the front end, back end, payments and AI on purpose. When one developer holds the React and Next.js UI, the Node.js API, the Stripe webhooks and the LLM features, nothing gets lost in handoffs and decisions get made with the whole system in view. Everything is written in clean TypeScript, so your next hire can pick it up without a rescue mission.

I work in scoped milestones, share progress you can actually click through, and tell you early when something needs a trade-off. I care less about writing clever code and more about shipping what moves your business forward.

02 — Journey

The path that shaped how I build

  1. Chapter 1

It started with small web projects for friends and local clients, where I learned that a good-looking page means nothing if it is slow or confusing. Going full-stack with Node.js and TypeScript changed everything: owning the server, the data and the types taught me to design systems that stay understandable months later.

  2. Chapter 2

Shipping my first SaaS with real subscription billing was the moment code met revenue. Webhooks, failed payments and edge cases taught me that reliability is a feature customers feel, even when they never see it. Moving into React Native mobile apps then showed me how much a shared back end and shared logic save when a product grows across devices.

  3. Chapter 3

Today I build AI features with LLMs and retrieval over real business documents. The lesson there is simple: AI earns its place only when it saves someone time on a task they already do, so I start from the workflow, not the model.

03 — Principles

Four principles behind every build

What you can count on from the first call to the final handover, whatever the size of the project.

  • 01

    Own the whole build

Front end, back end, database, payments, deployment and AI features sit with one developer, so nothing falls between the cracks.

  • 02

    Scope before code

We agree on goals, milestones and budget up front, so you know exactly what ships and when before a single line is written.

  • 03

    Communicate weekly and plainly

Every week you get a clear update on what shipped, what's next and any decision I need from you, written without jargon.

  • 04

Hand over clean, documented code you own

You receive a well-structured TypeScript codebase, setup docs and full repository access, ready for your next hire or your own team.

Tell me what you're working on, whether it's an MVP, a new AI feature or a product that needs a steady hand. I'll reply with clear next steps, a scoped plan and an honest timeline.
